The Paper Variety and A of G Day 3

There's a new challenge up at The Paper Variety and guess who the sponsor is?  Precocious Paper!  The prompt is to create something wedding-themed, in celebration of Suzy's upcoming anniversary, and the prize is a $20.00 gift certificate to the shop.


You saw my great-grandparents on their honeymoon yesterday.  Here they are on their 50th wedding anniversary.  This is exactly how I remember them :).


It's Day Three of my Attitude of Gratitude challenge, and today I'm grateful for the funny things my kids say.  Let's face it, you can't be a sane mom without at least a little humor, right?  My kiddos are excellent suppliers.  Yesterday I asked Carson if he wanted to go vote with me after school.  He asked, "Is it on real water?"  I was confused and asked him what he meant.  He replied, "The boating. Is it on real water?"  I laughed and told him I said "vote" not "boat".  He wasn't as interested anymore :).
