Elizabeth

My baby sister is a senior in high school.  How did that happen?!  She's getting scholarships, acceptance letters, and making plans to move away for school.  I'm a little sad, but really excited for her.  When I saw this week's sketch at Sketchy Thursdays, I knew I would use it for some of her senior portraits.

Even though you see four photos, there are actually only two.  The original photos are at the top and the bottom two have been cropped tighter to give the group of photos a feeling of zooming in.

Elizabeth is really into floral prints with a vintage feel, so I designed all the page elements to reflect her style -vintage paper (Scrap Rat), floral print flower stickers, little roses in a coral pink and aqua, and lace details.  I also added a Spiral Satin Blossom in Coral (coming to the shop soon!) that I embellished with beads.

And to mark the significance of the year, I added a little '11 sticker by SRM Stickers to the corner.

If you get a chance to play this week, I hope you'll join us at Sketchy Thursdays!  Here's the sketch, and here's the link.

I have a new layout up at Scrapbook Circle today, along with a new challenge.  If you subscribe to Scrapbook Circle kits, I'd love to see you play along there, too.

Have a great day! Tessa

Love your Scrapbook Circle page. If I didn't have so much stash already I would love their kits. I always love seeing what you girls make with them x
