Scrap That Poetry is also celebrating LOVE this month, and the first poem is a very special one, written by Jennifer's grandfather in law: "Ah, Yes! Love" by Clarence B. Campbell.
There are so many beautiful metaphors describing love in this poem that I couldn't choose just one line or stanza to highlight. Instead, I decided to print each stanza on a tabbed card and make a pocket out of my photo. For dimension, I punched hearts from several patterned papers and curled their edges. After adhering them to my page, I added metal heart paperclips. I also made a fabric flower from designer fabric. I love the blue and pink, and even though it is a super-girlie layout, my hubby liked it, too.
I look forward to seeing what you do with this beautiful poem. For all the details on how to enter, please go here. Have a wonderful Monday! Tessa
