They have a natural lift to them that pops off of the page, but you can also tack down the edges so that they lay more flat, as I did in this layout:
I thought the whimsy and bright colors of the Cupcake Poppies were perfect for this page about my sleeping kiddo. I followed the current sketch at Sketchy Thursdays, opting for one photo instead of two. Isn't he just as cute as a button? Or several? :)
